Welcome to our family business!

Handcrafted Finishes By Friday has been serving the Monterey Peninsula since 1991. The company was founded by Michael’s father, whose dedication to quality craftsmanship started with a daily commute from Tulare, California to Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach. Before long, he made the Monterey Peninsula home, settling his family in Pacific Grove and officially establishing Handcrafted Finishes By Friday.

In 2018, Michael and Brandi met, and together have built both a family and a shared vision for the future. Today, we’re proud parents to two wonderful little boys, and even prouder to continue the legacy that started more than three decades ago.

For us, this business is about more than painting it’s about caring for our neighbors, treating every home with the same respect we’d give our own, and building lasting relationships through honesty, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

We’re honored to carry on the family tradition and look forward to serving the community we’ve proudly called home for over 30 years.
